Changelog
Everything on this page is a change you can see. Internal work, tests and refactoring are not listed, and neither is anything we are planning. Newest first.
29 August 2026
- Switch language from the top of every page
- Every page now carries a compact language menu at the top right, listing the six languages in their own names, next to the full list that was already at the foot of the page. The live demo has the same menu and now follows the address you open: /demo is English, /nl/demo is Dutch, and your browser setting no longer decides for you.
- Subscribing works again after the payment switch
- Accounts that subscribed while payments were still in test mode ran into a Bad Gateway error on the checkout and billing pages. Those accounts now repair themselves on the next attempt, so you can subscribe or open your billing settings as usual.
- Connect an AI assistant to your portfolio
- Create a read-only token on the Account page and connect your own Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, which can then read your verdict, totals, positions, dividends, performance and uploads. It runs on your own AI subscription, it can change nothing, and revoking the token stops the connection immediately.
- The tax report now carries a position overview
- Closed positions with their realized result, open positions with their unrealized result on 31 December, and a position overview, in one file per year. Every report now says on its first page that the figures come from your own export and are worth checking against your broker statements.
28 August 2026
- A page for every broker we read
- Thirty-three exports now have their own page saying which file to download, what is inside it and what happens after you upload it. The other eighty-two brokers in the list are named as well, so you can check yours before you sign up.
- Every term in the glossary has its own page
- Thirty-seven entries, each saying what the term means, why it matters for a private investor and where you see it in the product. Each one now has a link you can send to someone.
- A page about what happens to your data
- It says what we store, what we never see, how your account is protected and where it runs. The parts that are weaker than you might assume are on that page too.
- Fourteen days of trial, and nothing deleted when it ends
- The free trial is fourteen days instead of seven, and a trial that was already running got the extra week without you doing anything. After it ends your dashboard closes until you subscribe, but every import, position and dividend stays, and you can export or erase your data at any time.
- Numbers are written the way your language writes them
- Percentages read +16,7% in Dutch and +16.7% in English, with the space that German, French and Spanish put in front of the sign. The price bar no longer shows 0,0% for a day that has no closing price yet; it shows the last real day, with the date.
- A new version of the site reaches you by itself
- Every stylesheet and script now carries a fingerprint of its own contents in the address. A hard refresh is no longer needed to pick up a new version.
27 August 2026
- Comparison pages and articles written per country
- We now say plainly how we differ from getquin, Parqet, Sharesight, Snowball Analytics, Portfolio Dividend Tracker, Portfolio Performance and a spreadsheet, without quoting their prices or feature lists. Alongside them are articles written for one market rather than translated into five, because a confident wrong answer about tax is worse than no answer.
23 August 2026
- The site and the dashboard in six languages
- English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish and Italian, each with its own address so you can link to the version you read. The dashboard follows the language you set in your account.
- A tax report with your realized and unrealized gains
- It lists what you sold, what you still hold and a position overview, from the same figures as your dashboard, and it states every assumption it makes at the top. It calculates amounts rather than a tax bill, so whether the figures help with your own return is yours to judge.
- A card you can share with your result
- Your comparison as an image, with the two percentages and a small chart. The share page is read-only and reveals only what the card shows.
- The dashboard fits on a phone
- The allocation and winners sections used to be wider than the screen and were quietly unreachable. Everything now fits from 320 pixels up, including the login link in the top bar.
22 August 2026
- One sentence saying whether you beat the index
- Above your dashboard stands what you did against the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq 100 since you started, per year and in total. The index is measured with its dividends reinvested, the same way yours are counted, because comparing your total return with a bare price index flatters you by a few percent a year.
- A demo you can open without an account
- A sample portfolio of eleven positions over five and a half years, running through the same engine as a real one. It is the fastest way to see what the comparison looks like before you upload anything.
- Your comparison right after your first upload
- Uploading an export that we do not recognise column by column no longer ends in a dead end: you map the columns once and the file goes through. Your portfolio against the index is the first thing on the screen afterwards.
- Your own base currency
- Dashboard and reports in euros, dollars, pounds or Swiss francs. The tax reports stay in euros whatever you pick, so those figures do not move when you switch the display currency.
